At Dazzle21, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for packing or dispatch.
• Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please email dazzle21.2025@gmail.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Prepaid Orders

• If a prepaid order is cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email.
• Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Dazzle21

Dazzle21 reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Product out of stock
• Payment verification issues
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
