Return & Refund Policy

At Dazzle21, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Tags, box, and accessories must be intact.

• Return requests must be emailed to dazzle21.2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.

Refund Process:

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.
